a 1.75 liter bottle of coke costs €1,89 per liter or €1.08 incl. VAT per litre. you put price per liter 1 €.
For a preparation of ice lolly with syrup: the liter of syrup costs 11.90 € including tax with 1 liter you must add 40 liters of au

therefore, we are at €4 for the sugar and €11,90 for the syrup, i.e. €15,90, which gives us 43 liters of preparation.
We divide 15.90/43 = which gives us the price per litre: 37 cents per litre.
If we start with a 50% fruit sorbet, we take the fruit per kg 5 € and the sugars 1 € for 2 liters of preparation or 3.0 € per litre.

The most common size is 80/90 ml, you can also make larger but it represents a large portion hard to finish or not lol.
