Ice machine
Imagine a hot summer day. You are in the countryside, surrounded by green fields and vibrant flowers. The sun is shining and there is a light breeze blowing. And what do you see in the distance? Is it... an ice cream truck? No, it's something even better: a farm-fresh ice cream stand!
Farmhouse ice cream is a new concept that is gaining popularity in Europe and North America. The idea is simple: make ice cream directly on the farm using fresh, local ingredients. There are no artificial flavors or preservatives, and the ice cream is made with milk from farm animals. The result is a delicious, creamy and healthy treat perfect for hot summer days.
First, it supports local farmers and businesses.
Second, it reduces food miles, which is the distance food travels from farm to fork.
Finally, it gives consumers the opportunity to enjoy fresher, tastier ice cream than they might find in an ice cream truck or shop.
Once the ice cream is prepared, it can be served immediately or stored in a freezer for later use. or sauces from the same local producers who provided the ingredients for the ice cream itself. The result is a delicious and nutritious treat that is both healthy and delicious!
As the popularity of farm-to-table dining experiences continues to grow, more and more farmers are looking to diversify their offerings.
One way to do this is to add an ice cream making business to the farm.
Not only is ice cream a delicious treat for farm visitors to enjoy, but it can also be sold at farmers' markets, local grocery stores, and even online.
But how can a farmer start an ice cream business? This is where we come in. At Gris, we offer online and in-person training courses that teach farmers everything they need to know to make delicious ice cream.

Choose what you want to do:
First step the preparation of the ice cream mix
the preparation of the ice cream mix is done with a machine called a pasteurizer :
It is a machine which heats the milk by stirring it to 85° and cools it rapidly to 4° and keeps it at this temperature.
Pasteurization is a mandatory step, you can also do the pasteurization by hand (waste of time)
or use the freezer to quickly cool the ice cream mix.
Second step, choosing the ice cream I want to make.
I made you a table with the machines and their results.
All the ice cream that comes out must go through the freezer before putting it in the freezer, why?
When you take the ice cream out of the ice cream maker, it is around -8°, if you put it in the freezer like that, it will cause steam and make ice crystals and will become of lesser quality. Put it in the cooling cell and bring it down to -18° / -35°.
La Turbo labo II filler : to save a lot of time the filler does the job of the ice cream maker but allows you to fill the small jars directly.
