Idea pop ice concept a business has more than 500 k€

A 500 k idea

Mr Pop Grey.

I don't know if you know, but a company that is all the rage in the USA: King Of POP

King of pop is a fruit pop ice cream company. The way to sell: young people (or not) with a cart who walk in the streets or strategic places.

A super good communication with social networks and sellers, do you want it, here it is.

The idea is nice and not very complicated to create.

So you make fruit stick ice cream and find young people to sell it.

Yes, but young people, they lack money!

Yes, that's why we're going to exploit them, no, I'm kidding, they are without money however they want it. And selling ice cream isn't a boring job.

So the trick is here:

You have the money, they have legs or not, that's not the problem.

So, you find people who want to earn easy money.

The concept: sell stick ice cream in the street,

The product: ice cream sticks with fresh fruit or fruit puree.

A kg of fruit puree costs around €6, the advantage is that you have all the fruit and not necessarily seasonal fruit. They are picked when ripe and are good, that's the principle.

Otherwise the fresh seasonal fruits, there, you will see the producers and they will produce for you.

The principle is nice to make local, local ice cream is a seller.

With a little practice and organization, you can freeze your fruit puree year after year, so you'll have local fruit year-round.

Otherwise there are people who do it and know how to do it.

So, I was saying, we start on an average of 6 € per kg.

By making 75 ml stick ice cream, we make 13 per litre.

To have the appellation pure fruit, you need 45% of fruit, so you can add water and sugar.

You make a syrup, 1 liter of water, 1 kg of sugar, it's 50 cts

so €6 + 0.5 -= €6,50 for 2 litres.

So 75 ml ice pops = 2000/75 = 26 ice pops for 6.5 € or 25 cts each.

A stick in 1 cts and similar packaging, so we turn the pallet at 27 cts

.

You can see the price is quite low and if you had more expensive fruit there wouldn't be a big difference, at €8 per kg it would pop at 32 cts. But it would sell for more.

As it is with fruit, we say that we sell 3 € the ice cream stick. You can find them at 3,9 € in Marseille, however if I tell you this price, you will protest then, we start with a low price, that does not prevent you from raising it according to the district. Sell popsicles in less affluent neighborhoods.

The selling price: you are going to sell it wholesale, so not at this price.

2 possibilities (in fact, there are many more, but I'm giving you 2 choices)

Choice number one: you are known and the shops buy you directly, there, you sell it at 1 €, but the guy who sells all the equipment to him.

Choice number two: You provide the cart to the seller (you take a deposit) and there you sell the pop for 1.5 €.

Sales: it is assumed that you will work 90 days June July August, normally it is 5 months May June July August September. But we don't, the other months are for profit and security.

A good seller will sell 250/350 per day, another 50 ice pops per day, we will start with an average of 100 per day, it's easier to count.

To make 500 k you have to make 5 per day over 555 days or €90 per day at €3

Which represents 2466 pop ice sold.

You need 24 sell points at 100 pops.

24 point of sale: if you are in Paris and other big cities, it will be easy, but if you are in less populated and less touristy departments, it will be harder.

So we have to find other sources of sale:

But who can sell my paletas?

Shopping malls, local shops, bakeries, parks and zoos, tourist places in fact all those who can sell drinks and others…

How to easily recruit stick ice cream sellers?

The simple thing is that they come to you, you have to use Facebook and other networks...

In fact, you have to have the visual that flashes, if you are everywhere on the networks, you will be seen and the merchants will also want to have their trolley in front of their shop.

And traders are not missing (229 tobacconists in the Puy de Dôme, that's 229 potential customers)

And the bakeries? have you ever counted the number of bakeries in your department?

There are 35 in France, i.e. approx. 000 per department.

Potential resellers, there are hundreds in each department, organic and local shops etc.

You provide the trolleys and the POS and that's it.

Online sales, a shop on the web and go!!!

We ship stick ice cream to the USA and France.
